Extremely Yellow Headlights

I just got my son a 1995 Mercury Cougar. This car is in mint condition except for the headlights. They are severely yellowed. Is there any product that will remove this yellowing or do i need to replace the lenses completely? Thanks in advance.

Aah, Ford's good ol' soft polycarbonate headlamps.

The ideal way would be our new PowerBall with PowerMetal (to remove the yellowing), followed by the PowerBall and some Plastic Polish to remove the marring from the PowerMetal.

This, of course, assumes the yellowing is not on the inside due to water leakage.

You mean to say its safe to use power ball with power metal on plastic lenses (headlight)?

Yes, you can do your first pass with PowerMetal, and then finish it off with Plastic Polish.
