Based upon your comment "I must use very much product", I think you are using too much product. I ran into this same thing when I started polishing several years ago. I was confusing amount of polish and ability to correct (remove swirls). The instructions on the bottle does not go into every aspect of polishing.
Once you get the pad primed after several panels (applying the generous X or circle bead), you should not need that much polish for further panels. The pad face just needs to be more or less damp from the polish oils.
It just takes a few blobs (3 to 4, depends on your work area (say 18x18 in square) to have enough product to get a thin layer over the work area. Getting a thin even coat is all that is needed.
I think it is better to sorta air on the side of too little polish to reduce buildup but no fear you can check this as you go. If it will not spread over the work area evenly during the low speed spread pass, you can just add a dab or two more to re-spread before starting to full polish (under pressure, higher spread). This is visual judgment that improves with experience.
Now, after a while your pad will build up with dried polish/paint/crud so you have to clean your pads (or better yet get a new one) because the dried polish can mess up how the newer applied polish breaks down reducing correction and loading up the pad more.
Using too much polish will greatly extend breakdown time and also isolate the pad more from the paint reducing the possible correct. The pad is needed to assist in the swirl removal.

Re: Help,my powerpolish trapped inside the pad
hi sir Abnot
the statement "i must use very much product", my reason is, when i use small amount, (about 4-5 cm in pad) and when i run the buffer, the polish is gone, i must massage the pad to make the polish come to the surface again.
i usually prime the pad with showtime instant detailer, my pad is meg****s polishing pad, are the PP not suited with foam structure from meg****s polishing pad?

Re: Help,my powerpolish trapped inside the pad
I have one black Meg's Soft Buff 2.0 (freebie at Detail Fest last year) and the foam does not seem any different from standard foam pads.
When you say you run the buffer it is gone.
The polish does more or less disappears when you work it with the buffer. The run the buffer until it turns clear. It can do it in 4 or 5 passes or longer if you use more polish.
What kind of polisher do you use?
How do you apply it to the apply and spread on paint?
How long do you work the polish before it is gone?

umm, my pad is megs soft buff 2.0 polishing pad, my polisher is rotary, i ussually put the powerpolish on paint, run the buffer @1000 rpm, take the polish and spreading the polish for 2 passes, rise the speed to 1500 rpm, when i run after 1 passes, the polish is gone, but when i massaging the pad, the polish appear to the surface of my pad.
do i not enough prime the pad?

Re: Help,my powerpolish trapped inside the pad
I do not have a rotary but I do have a Flex DA.
On my Flex DA, the working time is fairly short 3 to 4 passes max but the pad does seem to stay wet (more wet than some other polishes that dry out) so you can work a little bit longer. Therefore, from what little I know about rotary (running at 1500), the working time is not that much different. With my UDM (not as powerful) the work time can get much longer.
Does the polish remove swirls without leaving any marring behind when used with a polishing pad (like LC white)? If so, the polish is working. The polish is a pad dependent polish.

Re: Help,my powerpolish trapped inside the pad
the polish doesnt remove swirl, but reducing the light swirl and marring ( i use the polishing pad, and the powerpolish work like finishing polish like 3m ultrafina, megs swirlfree polish, menzerna final finish), umm,,, so can i say the polish is working?
oh one more question sir abnot, have u ever use the powerpolish with woolpad?

Re: Help,my powerpolish trapped inside the pad
Power Polish is a pad dependent polish and I do not see any significant correction until I used a Lake Country (LC) Orange pad. With a LC Black, it is a nice finishing polish. No idea how a rotary works.
I know others have posted here have used a LC yellow to get results similar to Meg's 83 in terms of correction.
I have not used a wool pad.

Re: Help,my powerpolish trapped inside the pad
Sorry to hear about it.
The best product I have to clean pads is Optimum Power Clean. I do not know if you can get in Indonesia.

Yes, Power Clean is an all purpose cleaner. I have been to Indonesia (Batam, Bintan).

Re: Help,my powerpolish trapped inside the pad
Sorry, but no, we do not have an all purpose cleaner.
There are many good ones out there, as you have found. We should look at creating one.

Re: Help,my powerpolish trapped inside the pad
I don't prime the pad. I use Lake Country pads and a Porter Cable DA, not a rotary. I start with an "X" of product edge to edge on the pad.
I have no issues with washing them out - I se Dawn dishwashing liquid and warm water..

Re: Help,my powerpolish trapped inside the pad
If you can take photos of how much product you put on the pad, and that illustrate what exactly you mean by "trapped inside" -- that might be helpful.
Also describe the technique, speed and machine brand and model, that might be helpful.
We'll try to get you some better help tomorrow when we start our work week -- perhaps one of our staff who is more familiar with using PowerPolish may be able to help.
