Welcome to WaxForum!

Our Mag & Aluminum Polish is really intended for bare metals -- bare polished aluminums -- either cast, billet or forged.

While there are many uses for it other than wheels, it's not appropriate for regular use on chrome, and you may want to return it if it is unused.

For your chromed wheels, we make an excellent mild Chrome Polish which not only makes them shine bright, but leaves a protective coating -- it's also great for use on exterior glass.

What Admin said plus the power ball does a lot better job than doing it by hand.
Lot easier too.

Wheel Cleaners are for cleaning - removing brake dust, road film, etc. A product like our Wheel Mist Chrome/Wire (part number 05824) would be appropriate for chrome plated rims. Spray on, agitate with a brush if needed, then hose off.

After cleaning, use Chrome Polish to shine and protect them.
