    Poorboys PVC applicators

    Poorboy,

What`s the deal with these applicators? Why, are they better than foam applicators.................. or are they? Do you use them with all products, or just for toppers?

Oh yea, post a picture of them too!

P.S........... You`re going to be sorry that you have your own forum!

Hey Boss ....i know you have a lot of experience at the job....now i`m scared

Yes i would use them for applying toppers...wax ..sealants ...
they are super dense and can lay a nice smooth even layer.
They are also washable over and over again...they`ll last forever!

I`m not good at posting pics...somewhat computer illiterate with most of that stuff...but I`m sure ..ok positive ..Tassadar will post one on monday

Saw this post and went and took a pic of the pad with a cheaper one beside it. I`ve used it with PB EX and I`m about to use it today on the BMW

They are the same material as those little cheese wedge makeup applicators (keen observation made by my wife).
    They are ultra soft...

And you can squeeze the product back out of it. Cuts down on product lost in the applicator.

If you want proof that they apply well, try this. Wet down the applicator with water, then squeeze out the excess. Note: its really fun to just soak up water and squeeze it back out again, really its fun, it holds so much water!

Anyways, while its damp just run it over a coutner in your kitchen or whatnot. You will be amazed at how evenly the water is ditributed. And its also extremely smooth, more so than foam.

Besides applying product more evenly, the pvc applicator also reduces hand fatigue. It does not require as much finger pressure to hold the applicator steady. The sharply defined corners also allow for very precise application along edges.

Just got done with the BMW and used the foam on the final coat of PB EX. What I noticed the most is how even the product spreads, looked like a thin flim of product on the car. Now I have to get a few more for other applications.

My own car I`m leaving on vacation on Monday so wanted to get it clean so that I can leave it covered in the garage. Beside the wife is gone until tomorrow so I wanted a real clean car to drive as she took my Jeep.

Also I put a coat of Ultra Coat sealant on over your PwC and it did not take well. So I removed the sealant used your SMR, then put on a coat of Klasse because I`m ruinning low on your stuff, then finished with the EX using the PCV.. pad those are the bomb
