QD`s with UPP & EX

So I have been doing some experience with both UPP and EX, I like both products alot. They seem to be similar with subtle differences, the UPP seems to have more gloss and the EX more depth.

Using QD`s on both of these I have found that Clearkote`s Quikshine is great on EX, it adds some gloss. On UPP I like Poorboy`s QD+ adds a slight amount of depth.

Yep, sounds like the EX over UPP should be an excellent combo. UPP for gloss, and EX for some depth.

On a side note, If you`re going to use the QD+ over the UPP, you may want to consider that you might not be able to layer more UPP, because of the carnauba in the QD+. I don`t believe the Quickshine contains any carnauba, so it could be used on either.

good point boss with the bonding.

Quickshine doesn`t have any carnauba so safe for everything.

I like Poorboys S&W used as a QD over the EX. Great gloss and depth....imo.
