    water reclamation

I just called my city water & utilities office and inquired about washing cars around town ..they told me its ok as long as im not just letting water run out of the hose with no nozzle ..i dont need a mat or anything like that in my county ..kings county ca city of hanford..so im going to start doing some carwashing for local realtors, law offices, ect.. just wanted to share this ..dont believe everything people say. you might not need to reclaim water in your area and dont need that expensive gear.. :wait :band :dj :dj :yeah

Santa Barbara Public Works says ANY run-off needs to be accompamied by a reclamation device. Engine cleaning must be put through a water/oil "separator" :wow All reclaimed water can be dumped into a toilet or the like.

I would get this in writting from your city. Further reclamition equipment will seem cheap when compared to fines.

Read the following document from the EPA:

Also, research the Fed`s Clean water act and look at California State Water Resources Control board for more information.
