    Cleaning AC Vents

I`ve seen some threads along these lines but wanted to start another to talk about how you guys go about cleaning them.

I use some small brushes with a pledge type cleaner that collects the dust. I run the vents on high to get the dust to come out then spray some PB natural look in for a bit of a shine.
I have read about using compressed air in them to blow out the vents, can someone expand on that and the method used.

    Thanks:flamed :flamed

also don`t know why I liked the flame guy just made me smile

I have the solution for you all. I use these and they work amazingly well! Just shove that sucker through the vent and down as far as you can go and then pull it back out again. It works great. My vents have never been so clean. A few professional friends of mine agree that its a smooth solution. They are very flexible and nearly indestructible. One friend buys them buy the case. I would love to see PAC become a distributer of those `````in dusters. They rock. :headbang

I spray a mixture of multipurpose cleaner and odor terminator, directly into and around vent, agitate with horsehair brush, blow with air, turn vents on to blow dry, dress with q-tips, and or proshine, an aerosol silicone spray from PRO.
