Hmmm...Looks like another Dr-Wash/No Wet/Wouldn`t touch it with a 10 ft pole product. I like these directions:

After you’ve sprayed Wet Paint on a small section of the vehicle, bunch one of the terry towels into a thick pad and immediately begin the "buff-in" process. Methodically rub the sprayed material into the surface using overlapping circular motions and medium pressure. Continue rubbing until only a light haze remains. When finished, move on to the next area.

After a time, the application towel will become quite damp-and possibly filthy-depending on the condition of the vehicle. (We recommend shaking the towel occasionally to remove undissolved dirt particles.) Once Wet Paint has been applied to the entire vehicle, begin buffing each of its hazy surfaces with the second towel. Keep in mind that the more thoroughly Wet Paint is rubbed into the surface with the first towel, the easier it will be to buff clean with the second towel-and the greater the shine will be.

I particularly like the part about shaking out the towel. Priceless!

1500± RPM is ideal, but speeds up to 2500 RPM are acceptable provided the buffer
    20) Is it really impossible to ‘burn’ paint with a buffer when using Wet Paint?Nothing is impossible, but you’ll have to try awfully hard. 3,000 RPM on a sharp crease for 30 seconds might do it! Under normal circumstances, though, it can’t happen. The surface simply becomes too smooth and slippery to create the necessary friction (heat) that causes buffer burn.

Wet Paint is loaded with ingredients–35 in all–way more than products made by other manufacturers. Among its many ingredients are detergents, wetting agents, lubricants and sealing compounds, many of which have never been used by the car care industry. Without the lubricants, for example Wet Paint could not be applied to a dusty or dirty surface without leaving scratches. Certain other compounds make Wet Paint amazingly easy to buff clean. Still others add depth and wetness to the surface. And on and on it goes.
