    Steve,

Great to hear that the surgery is over and that you are now on the road to recovery. May God continue to bless you in this time and may you also come to know His rest.

It is funny how we always think of pain as something so bad or evil, and many people curse God for that pain but without pain we would not know anything was ever wrong. When my little boy fell of the swing and broke his wrist, fell off his bike and needed a staple in his scalp, fell of his bed and broke his collar bone (clumsy kid ), how would he of known he was hurt if there was no pain?

The same sensors that tell us something feels good are the same ones that tell us something hurts or is not right, so in an odd way I thank God for pain. Take care of yourself and we all hope to see you on the forum very soon!

    HI Boss
sorry I have not posted in a while, just overwhelmed with all the things that I must take care of.

He is doing just OK-He is feeling not great but that is to be expected. I suppose.

He had a lot of pain 2nights ago and they were not sure what it was. but they don`t seem that concerned right now.

He will be coming home in a day or two. He Wont start rehab for quite a while. and needs to get over the hurdle first.
It will be real rough for awhile. and this is a major life altering even that is for sure.

I will be sure to tell him you have been asking for him
And yes , pain sometimes can be good-its your body telling you to check something out!
