AIO: Difficult to apply with a PC?

I`ve tried to apply Klasse AIO with the PC and a foam polishing pad primed with watter. I do a few passes at a section and then remove with MF, but it has been very hard to buff completely. I usually have to follow with a damp MF to remove it.

Any tricks to apply it with the PC?

Hmm I never had an issue - I don`t prime the pad with water just a really quick mist with a QD (or Poorboy`s spray and wipe) - maybe your getting the pad to wet.

Do you work it till it`s drying or start removing while wet?

I mist the pad with a spray of water. Work it a short time and remove it while it is still wet. I do about 2` x 3` sections.
Door panel, 1/2 hood, 1/2 roof, deck lid, etc. I do mist the pad between sections as well.
It has never been a problem to remove, but I think I have read where letting it dry can make it tough.

I usually do the entire car before starting to buff off and have had no problems.

    Just a thought.
Maybe you are applying it too heavy. About 3 dime size drops will do a panel for me. Once the pad has soaked up some, a couple of dime sized drops does most panels.

I could never get AIO to work well with a PC either. Tried everyone`s advice. Still no luck. I just do it by hand now.

I do a 3`x2` section (like half the hood) then wipe off - if you use to much via the pc it can smear and be hard to get off .
