I`d leave off the email address. The top is a little cluttered I think. Perhaps there can be another place for it. I don`t know about you, but I`ve never had someone email me to schedule an appointment even though the email address is on my business card. People just call.

Oh, and that tag line on the bottom might could use some work. "We can and will do a better job" needs to be clarified. When I get my car back I don`t want to be thinking "They can and should have done a better job on this." Point out that "We can and will do a better job than anyone else" or something like that. You don`t want to implant the idea that anything you are doing is substandard. That`s just a thought.

I like your flyer. But, I`m not sure I like the way the fine print flows on the bottom.

"We come with all the necessary equipment to do the job on the spot."

This doesn`t sound professional to me. How about, "We have all of the necessary equipment to do the job at your location"

"We honestly take a personal interest in every car we clean"

This seems like overkill to me. I think you can take the word "honestly" out of there. It just doesn`t flow well or sound professional to me.

Other than that, the other issue I have is the kid washing the car in the picture. That does not look like a wash mit he`s using. And, where`s the 2 bucket technique? Looks like a kid looking for a quick buck.

I think you have just a bit too much info on there. They can make a decision just based on your flyer. If they feel that you are priced to high then they arent going to give it a second look. If you just make an attractive flyer with some of the services listed than when they call you, you can inform them of your prices and convince them that they are fair. You cannot upsell services if they never call you.....My 2 c`s
This is my flyer, hope this helps, again this is JMO

I have a couple more thoughts about your pricing. I don`t think you need to lower your basic wash to 13. Actually, if you can keep your prices round then that helps people out. Its also much easier to make change for someone if they give you a 20 when you are only charging 15.

People who are going to want this done are either going to want it done every week or every other week. If you are going to offer a deal like "3 weeks for $50" then you should either offer 2 weeks or 4 weeks for a price. And a 33% discount is pretty high for that kind of thing. When purchasing a block of details to be done I wouldn`t go more than 25% on the discount. Maybe do 4 weeks for $75 or something like that. It is still going to be acceptable to your clients and it will make you more money without having to work for free very often.

I would also find a way to include what is involved with the `Detail` on the interior and exterior. That is a pretty steep jump in price for them not to have any information on what is included. The lower packages have what is included, so you really should try to keep that going with the higher rate jobs.

On the extra fees for vans and such, I don`t know that an extra 2 bucks is going to cover it. I would use round numbers. 5, 10, 15. That is typically what you are going to find at a store front shop. I charge 10 extra over my car price when I am doing a basic detail with no wax or polish. If they want it polished and waxed then it could be an extra 20-40 dollars depending on condition. I really think you are selling yourself short by not adding enough onto the price. You are setting yourself up to do a lot of work and not be compensated properly for it.

You know what the market can bear better than I do for your area. My price suggestions are just suggestions. If you have already done the research and determined that this is what you need to charge, then that is good. I just hate to see people working for free. I know how hard it is to work on site and you need to be paid for it.

Great suggestions everyone; thanks. Eric, I like your flyer layout without any prices. I think I`ll try that.

I would definitely take that blue print off the front. j/k

What exactly is a `Custom` hand wash? I`m just curious why the word `custom` needed to be accentuated.
