I`m looking, too!! Had the velcro part come right off one of my favorite pads...tried RTV silicone sealant last week..came right off again Saturday...at this moment, I have some rubber cement drying under a little weight..I hope it works!!
Mine came off after I threw it in the washing machine....won`t do THAT again.....

Someone else used that Shoe Goo stuff and said it worked well.....unfortunately, I tried Hot Glue on the same pad twice; got through the detail, but not the cleaning and rinsing.

Nickc0844 is right and I have used Shoe Goo and seem to have gotten a good result. I recommend letting it dry 2 days and some place where you don`t have to put up with the smell while this stuff dries. Walmart has it as do probably other places.

The 3M Supper 77 is what we used before their was velcro backed pads... way back when Meg`s was the only one out there marketing Foam pads, we just went to a foam store and had foam blanks cut and re-glued them to the red plastic backs cost us about 37 cents a piece as opposed to 15 bucks this method still works today
