will this cleaner take out bird dropping from my 2002 mustang convertible?

The Mustang convertible top is plastic, not cloth, correct?

I'd suggest using a soft nylon bristle scrub brush with convert top cleaner. Make sure you use plenty of water, and wash the area, along with the lower body panels, afterward.
