PC= Porter Cable (usually dual action polisher)
SSR2= Super Swirl Remover 2 (Poorboys product)
DACP=Dual Action Cleaner Polish. Meguiar`s line. Slightly more abrasive than SSR2.

Where are you from, that can help in giving you ideas about where to go. Sounds like you are working with a dead line that might be hard to beat, unless you do it by hand at this point

Try 3M Swirl Mark Remover or Meg`s Speed Glaze - by hand you will probably not get rid of them but atleast one or the other should hide them until you can get a PC or take it to a Pro to detail em out.
