    Autodetail.com ???

    Hi all,

I would like to know if anyone has bought any supplies from www.autodetail.com?

I ordered some Klasse SG from them at the end of July and have still not recieved it. I have sent them countless emails to more than one of their email addresses yet no reply in over a month.

I understand that the goods have to be shipped to Melbourne Australia, but I was advised it would be 10 business days at the most. They have no contact phone number so I cant chase it up because Im on the other side of the world!!!

The worst part is I have promised some good clients that I would have this product in a month ago and now both myself and my business are losing credability.

If anyone can help me with this problem it would be greatly appreciated..

    Regards
    Tony.

Hey, no help here, but I didn`t want you to think everyone was ignoring you.
No phone number and not answering e-mails doesn`t really sound too good for you to receive your order.
The only thing that comes to mind is that 10 days to Melbourne would have to be by air, wouldn`t it? Surface transportation would most likely be a month or more, right?
Maybe it`s coming, but that is still no excuse for not answering e-mails.

I order from autodetail a couple years ago, over the phone. I will for my receipt to locate a phone number.

I did a reverse look up, and the fax number listed cums as the phone number. give that a try.

    I need to type faster.

    Thankyou all for your concern.

Eric: If you could post that phone number, that would be great.

I tried calling both phone numbers to no avail, however it sounds like there is a fax machine connected so I will send them a fax and take it from there.

I will keep you all posted. Both this forum and Autopia have given me so much helpful advice over the past year and I hope I can contribute in some way in the future.

    Regards

    Tony

    Hi Eric -

I just went to networksolutions.com , in the top R corner "WHOIS" and search for who registered that domain name
(autodetail.com) -- all displayed info is public knowledge so no super secret private-eye info.

    Can be useful at times.

    HI guys,

Ive sent another 6 emails to Autodetail.com all from different addresses to be sure. Autodetail.com have two email adresses so I have sent the same message to both.

I sent a fax to their fax number listed on the site.

I dont know what else to do.

Is it possible that they could be ignoring me with 6 emails and a fax just today?

If autodetail.com is ignoring you, contact your credit company and cancel payment. If payment has been made have the credit card company investigate.

Once you get your money back, call Dwayne. Dwayne probably can hook you up, he has internation shipping experience.

I bring News from the front

I have finaly recieved a message from Autodetail.com

They told me they just spoke to post office and the package had been damaged and bottles broken....

I have found a supplier in Melbourne, and have asked Autodetail.com to refund the monies.

I would like to thank all for their concern and effort to help.

    Regards
    Tony
