Cars, Helicopters, Boats... your`e amazing. Beautiful work.
What was the clients remarks on this?
The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of low price.

    57chevy,

No Heli yet on my books, but don`t even know how I would price that :dunno
The boat really blew him away, as he did the main panels and I did everything above that. You could really tell a difference in depth and shine on my portion, and that was in the shade. I`d like to take a look at it in the sun to really see the difference.

    I appreciate the kind words!

Nick, what did you use on the vynal uphostery?? I`ve been boating all my life and also worked at a large boat dealership in dallas. I think the only way to go is soap and water to clean and then 303 protectant. Everything else gets nasty in the sun and water.

That Adam`s VRT that you see in the picture is among my favorites. It is really creamy, so it really penetrates the tough vinyl that boats typically use. They pride themselves on this product as it has so many UV protectors in it, and best of all, it is water based!

I`ve heard good things about 303, but I`ve been happy with VRT and Natural Look thus far.

    Happy boating season!

When you do a larger or taller boat like that, how do you reach all the high sports? Do you use a ladder?

    srj1984--

Thanks for resurrecting this thread, as I just got off the lake for the first time this season. Pushing 87 degrees out, and this was probably the nicest the water has been so early into the season.
I use a "taller" step ladder so that it is easy to move around. I would say, and it`s been a couple of months since the detail, that I moved the stepper about 5-7 per side, so not that much.

    Ace--
He did get a good deal on it, but the "grunt" work in really scrubbing everything, which he had already done. Plus, with the other 4 toys he let me detail, I definitely made up for the time spent on this.
