    Smile Hi All

I have wandered over here from Autopia to have a bit of a look around and get some different perspectives on detailing.

I am an Aussie, so it has cost me a small fortune so far to amass my arsenal of products, but you get that I guess! :-p

There is a link to a picture of my car in my signature if you want to have a look.

    See you on the boards!

    Cheers,
    6cyl`s_of_fury.

    Welcome to DC `6..

    G`day mate,

That`s a really nice ride - anyone know what the American equivalent is? I looks a bit like a Focus, but I`m not sticking my neck out.

    LOL

Its a fair bit bigger than a Focus. Its American equivalent would be a Taurus, but it is RWD and not FWD.
Mine is approx 290 horsepower ( engine ) from a 4L inline 6 cylinder. Not too bad for a company car I guess

Welcome to DC... as has been said before Very Nice Ride (Please post more pictures if possible Engine front and side shots please):kneel

Just some product knowledge regarding the Ford Falcon...As far as I know it is currently only available in Australia. Although I have heard from a pretty reputible source that they are bringing this car to the states!

Also if you didn`t know already the days for the Taurus are numbered. It was originally to be replaced by the "Futura"(Which if any of you guys have heard of the Falcon from the 60`s was a model of the 60`s falcon) it was later decided to becalled the Ford 500 .However another rumor on the rumor mill has said that Ford could not call the car the Futura due to the Ford trade mark expiring and Firestone suposedly picking it up.

If you have ever looked into the ford 500 it looks almost identical to a VW Passat from the side view.

Here is a link to ford Australia http://www.ford.com.au/home/Home.asp

All that needs to be said is that ford should deffinatly bring this car over to the states (the ford falcon that is) I would have no problems driving a Falcon XR8 5.4L DOHC 350rwhp and 368fptq I need one!
