Default dirty cloth roof

my car has cloth type roof ..and i got some dirty finger prints on it..what can i use to remove it..is soap and water enuff? what tool should i use to rub it with..i dont want it to fuzz up.

You can try a car wash soap mixed 50/50 with water and a very soft scrub brush. Use light pressure and stop at the first hint of pilling (little balls of material).

An alternative would be a convertible top cleaner, again with a soft brush.

Rinse well afterwards, and wash with a regular mixture of car wash soap to remove any residue.
