    Detail city detail days.

I thought I would toss up the idea of Detail citys members having a detailing day. Where 10-15 members could meet up and meet up with some of the more experienced detailers and teach the tricks of exterior paint detailing. Teaching each car owner on their own car. Simalar to what Meguiars does.

Perhaps if we can get enough intrest in this we could get it to happen!!

I would definitely be interested in such a thing as this. I don`t know if there are enough members close enough for such a thing - perhaps for some. Though as the regulars here grow, in time that may not be a problem.

what do you consider "Close enough"

I was thinking if there was a "Planned day" that required you to pre-register for that would be great!

Even if it was to cost a few bucks per person to pay for supplies/location fees. It would be great...

I mean just tossing up a number of $20-30.00 per person and limiting it to approx 15-20 ppl per event this would generate a decent amount of funds! Approx $4-600.0 per event ...

I know that I personally would be willing to travel as much as 1-1.5 hrs to attend.

I thought we were all going to head down here and go fishing. Is that not going to happen anymore?

I can go for either fishing in FL or ladies in Vegas :naughty

More than likely, it`ll have to be in the fall/winter time. Many people, i.e. Detailers, are busy as of late.

I`d go to Phoenix, not too far away. Or come to Denver. By the way, have never asked, anyone here in Colorado?
I`ve been busy but I`ll try to make some time.

I was thinking of more regionalized events!

Im sure that if there were not enought people that are from DC we all know a few people who would like to learn (they are probably just not as fanatical...YET!!!!)

Sounds like a good idea. I would be interested in something like this. Gathering a group in and around the Philadelphia area won`t be to hard. There`s quite a few members with-in a few hour drive .
