Same here, I tried to dry as fast as possible without sacrificing technique.
California water blade to help sheet of large portions of water, then dry immediately.

I blow off the water with the blower detachment from my ridig vac ... (minds out of the gutters kids - no one wants burnt lips from tail pipes) I do it right after I final rinse then follow up with Waffle Weave.
