    Poorboys SSR 2.5

I was honored to have been asked by Steve to test out for him his new SSR 2.5

While I used it here and there with mainly my Cyclo I had the chance today to use it with my rotary. Of course the first thing we al do is crack open the bottle and.........smell it! Well it smells great and let me just say that it leaves you smackin yer lips:-p

Smell though does nothing for paint so after leveling the paint down with a Hi-Temp product and an orange pad, just on the top portions of the Saab, the sides were all done with my Cyclo, green pads and the 2.5. The 2.5 worked great with the Cyclo as it did with the rotary. Low dusting, no problems sticking, even in todays high humidity and leaves you with a glossy clean finish that`s ready to wax.

I used it on my rotary with a LC polishing pad at 1200 rpm`s. No caking up and a little goes along way. This product may replace DACP for many here or those looking to try something new in the area of a light cutter/polisher.

Any splatter that did occur cleaned up easy.

I don`t have any BEFORE pics of the Saab but only the top sides had bad scratches. I used my Cyclo and FP after the 2.5 and then topped the Saab with Hi-temps Poly Spray.

I have a few AFTER pics.....hope you all like them. I like this shot....neat cloud reflection

Very welcome Steve, I appreciate the opportunity!

I have another car I am doing, but sadly it looks like rain today

It is a black Jaguar that has some rather nasty scratches and swirls so I hope to be able to use more of the Poorboys selection you sent me.

    Till then, God Bless

    Anthony

PS.....GREAT MF window towels you sent. Finally MF window towels that really dont leave lint trails :wait

I`ll be ordering a few more soon

Great job Anthony! I doubt that Saab will ever look better................. unless, of course, you detail it again!

Sounds like Steve has another winner in the SSR2.5.
