Do most UPP users top it with a carnuba?

I`ll agree with the majority here. I see no reason to top UPP with anything other than more UPP. No doubt about it, topping UPP with a carnauba makes for a dust/pollen magnet.

So UPP really shines as good as S100?

I`ve tried the Klasse twins and after AIO 2X and SG 3X I was disappointed.

Then I topped with S100 ... WOW!

Topping with wax (s100, Souvran) is great,....but it does collect more dust!!!

Apples to oranges comparison. It is not really quite the same look.

After you have the UPP on your car, try a panel with S100 as a topper. If you feel it makes a difference, then you can do the entire vehicle with the S100.

Right now, I have two vehicles with AIO/UPP and one vehicle with AIO/S100. If you look at them side by side, I really don`t think many people could tell which had the S100 and which had the UPP.

Keep one thing in mind. You are the one that has to be satisfied.

If you could occasionally (monthly) apply UPP and maintain it with Platinum`s QD and be satisfied with the results it sure would simplify matters.

Quite true. That is just what I am trying to do with my van.
AIO as a cleaner/prep, followed by UPP, then more UPP about every 30 days, Gloss Enhancer weekly. Started this in December, 2002, seems to be working fine for me. My plan is to do the AIO about every 90 days, then back to the UPP. The van still looks good even though I have run a month or so over my planned AIO application. I`m beginning to think every 6 months would be often enough for the AIO.
