I have been using Poorboys stuff for a year now. I started with Spray & Wipe and loved it and gradually ordered more and more products until now I have dropped all the other products I was using (except Stoners Invisible Glass) and have replaced all those other products with Poorboys. All the products I"ve bought from Steve are better than the products I was using and I like buying from one source.
Dream big and be willing to do the work to get there.

zesty-man: Are you planning to purchase your products from PakShak in person? If so, ask Ranney if he would take a look at your trim and then make some product recommendations.

one of my friends was telling me that those towels were really great, and that he owns tons of them. howver, i mite need some help selecting the towels, becuase im not sure what really to get. how do these microfiber towels differ from the ones that are sold here (i dont mean to get a big controversy going on here). is it like, the quality of towels are better? im also a bit confused, are you supposed to use the microfiber towel to take off the wax/polish etc, or for other things. from what i thought, microfiber towels were used to take off your wax and polish. could someone enlighten me?

whew, didnt expect pakshak himself to be posting here too... hehe

Zesty...you meet with Ranney and he will have 1 of everything with him...(Ranney...hint...hint...)Visit his website and see what the recommended usage is for each type of towel. One major difference in ordering with Ranney....You pick up same day you pay....Trust me...you won`t be disappointed...

    Tyler...

Don`t worry! I would send you to someone that would bite!

Ranney is the MAN! I`ve got probably close to 100 of this towels and love them all.

BTW, he let me try his new MF applicators and they are the best I`ve tried to date. I`ve tried the ones from autopia and CMA, this is way softer...dare I say even softer than his ultra towel! I`ve tried it applying Menzerna FMJ, Wolfgang Sealant, EX-P...all wonderful and puts down a thin layer!

Now that`s a tuffy! I think I`ve tried just about all of em and they all rock! However, last detail job I tried the trim restorer. That stuff was awesome. Left a great not tacky, non oily finish and really restored the color. I`ve tried a lot of different trim detailer and never been satisfied with any of them until now. That`s the one that just blew me away. But like I said, all those products tend to have that effect on me.
I love the smell of EX-P in the morning.

I believe he means Microfiber Applicators:

    http://autopia-carcare.com/mft-app-2.html

Interesting. I believe they are many MF apps, but they are similar. Some are softer, some made different. Just your usual MF thing

There are many types of blends, but you should look for:
    Binding on the outside
    If the pile is consistent
Whether certain parts of the MF will hurt the surface

Usually I like to look at a MF after it has been washed and used.

Ranney`s MF are definitely a good buy.
